1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Targetize Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our SMS notification services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Targetize Consulting LLC, a limited liability company registered and operating in the USA. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Your use of the services is at your sole risk and discretion, and you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
2. Description of Services
Targetize Consulting LLC provides concierge and guest management SMS notifications for hotels and hospitality businesses. Our services are designed to streamline communication between hotels and their guests through automated and personalized text messaging solutions. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Automated check-in and check-out reminders and confirmations
- Real-time concierge and guest service notifications
- Promotional offers and loyalty program updates
- Reservation confirmations, modifications, and cancellations
- Guest feedback and satisfaction survey requests
- Emergency alerts and important property notifications
All services are delivered via SMS text messaging through our secure platform. We partner with licensed telecommunications carriers to ensure reliable delivery of messages. The specific features and capabilities available may vary depending on the service tier selected by the subscribing hotel or hospitality partner. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
3. SMS Program & Disclosure
When you opt in to receive SMS messages from Targetize Consulting LLC through our hotel partner programs, you are subscribing to receive text messages related to your stay, including service notifications, confirmations, and relevant hospitality updates. Your phone number is collected solely for the purpose of delivering these services and is handled in accordance with applicable telecommunications and data protection regulations.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on guest interaction and the specific services associated with your hotel stay or enrollment. You may receive multiple messages depending on the length of your stay, the number of service interactions, and any promotional campaigns you have opted into. We strive to maintain a respectful and non-intrusive communication cadence, sending messages only when they are relevant to your guest experience. There is no fixed upper limit on the number of messages you may receive; however, we monitor frequency to ensure a positive user experience. If you feel you are receiving too many messages, you may opt out at any time using the instructions provided in Section 5 below.
5. Opt-Out & Help Instructions
We respect your right to control the communications you receive. You may manage your SMS subscription preferences at any time using the following commands:
Text STOP to the originating number to immediately cancel and opt out of all future SMS messages from our service. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out request.
Text HELP to the originating number for assistance, or email us at [email protected]. We are available to address any questions or concerns regarding your SMS subscription.
Please note that opting out applies only to the specific phone number and campaign from which the message was sent. If you have subscribed to multiple services through different hotel partners, you may need to opt out of each individually. Re-subscribing can be done by texting the designated opt-in keyword or contacting the subscribing hotel directly.
6. Costs & Carrier Charges
⚠ Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received through our service. These charges are determined solely by your wireless carrier and are not controlled by Targetize Consulting LLC. We recommend consulting your mobile plan for details on messaging fees, and we are not responsible for any charges incurred as a result of participating in our SMS program.
7. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and current contact information, including a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring that no unauthorized person has access to your messages. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of our platform. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of our services, or engage in any activity that violates the rights of others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
8. Limitation of Liability
Targetize Consulting LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial losses or damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the USA. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts and waive any objection to the inconvenience of such forum.

Targetize Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you interact with our SMS notification services for the hospitality industry. We operate as a business entity registered in the USA and comply with applicable Thai data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019), as well as relevant international telecommunications standards.

Under applicable data protection laws, including the Thai PDPA, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

- Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by texting STOP.
